The Agreement can be changed by the Organization without any special notification, and the new version of the Agreement comes into force upon its posting on the Internet, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement. This Agreement is addressed to an indefinite range of legally capable individuals and is a public offer, full and unconditional acceptance of its terms is considered the implementation of the relevant concurrent actions - registration for the Service and/or the beginning of the use of the Service / its individual functions. The User is considered to have accepted the terms of the Agreement in full, without any reservations or exceptions. The User has no right to use the Service in case of disagreement with any of the provisions of the Agreement.

- Continuity of work of the Service is not guaranteed and depends also on availability of technical possibility to view publications in Instagram anonymously.
- The Service does not provide the possibility to view closed profiles of Instagram members, as well as to show storis for "Close friends".
- The User undertakes to respect the copyrights to the publications obtained through the Service and not to put them in the public domain without the consent of their author.
- The list of paid features of the Service can be changed at the discretion of its author. The current list of paid features of the Service is published in the bot in the "Unlimited Rates" section.
- Payment for the use of the Service is not refundable, including if the Service was not available for technical reasons.
- When paying for the subscription, the user automatically agrees that at the end of the period and saving the subscription, there will be an automatic charge in the full amount according to the selected rate. The renewal fee is not refundable, including if the Service was unavailable for technical reasons.
- If the user uses a trial subscription, then when the trial period ends and the subscription is saved, the full subscription fee is automatically deducted in accordance with the selected rate. The renewal fee is not refundable, including if the Service was unavailable for technical reasons.
